We can help you obtain the qualification that will allow you to apply for a PSA security licence and work as a security guard or security officer.
Today's Static and Patrol security officers and Retail Security officers face challenges greater than ever before. In a litigation prone society, security officers must be fully aware of Criminal Law, Discrimination and Health and Safety legislation. Rising insurance costs, increased violent assaults and growing risks from international terrorist attacks are among the issues faced.
Our training will address all of these issues and much more besides to leave you feeling fully prepared for work in the security industry.
Security Training Course Duration and Format:
- 16 hours of training - takes place over two days or four evenings.
- Written assessment at the end of the course (support available for students with literacy and learning difficulties.).

Course cost: €180 (installments can be arranged)
Venues: Regular courses in Dublin city centre, plus Cork, Limerick and Galway (subject to demand).
Registration between 1 - 4 pm Tuesdays and 1 - 3 pm Thursdays at Moore Street Mall.
